Personal Information You Provide
● Create a Platform Account. When you register for an account on the Platform, you will provide your name, email address and phone number.
● Login to Platform. When you login to your account on the Platform, you will provide your login credentials (e.g., username and password).
● Contact Us. When you contact us, you will provide your name, email address, phone number, and any information you wish to provide in your message.
● Subscribe to Marketing. When you subscribe to our marketing, you will provide your name and email address.
● Register for the Services. When you register your child for the Services, you will provide your child’s name, age, gender, location, playing ability, and the tee times and locations you select.
● Participate in a Promotion. When you participate in any promotion or collaborative event, you will provide your name, age, gender, email address, phone number, and possibly the time and place of your participation.
● Sign-up as a Mentor. When you sign up as a mentor, you will provide your birthdate, age, location, and playing experience. When you sign up to mentor at a specific time, you will provide the tee time and the location. In order to maintain the safety and security of our community, The local program licensees of Watson Links Mentors Foundation arrange for background checks to be conducted on mentors. For this purpose, background check providers may collect certain personal information. Neither Watson Links Mentors Foundation nor our local program licensees directly collect, save or store any of this information and will only receive and retain the pass/fail results provided by background check providers. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any background check provider you may engage with.
● Pay for Services. When you pay for your child’s participation in the Services, you will provide your payment and billing information.
You always have the option to provide less information. However, it is important to note that omitting certain personal details may have implications on your access to specific areas of our Services and the full utilization of its benefits. For instance, without your payment information and a billing address, we may be unable to process certain transactions. Similarly, if we do not have your name and mailing address, we may not be able to send you any products you might purchase from us. Therefore, it is advised to consider the potential limitations and ensure the provision of necessary information for an optimized and seamless experience.
Social Media Information
If you interact with or follow us on our social media accounts, we may collect any personal information provided via that account. In addition, we collect demographic data from those interactions. If you’ve linked your personal Watson Links account with a social media account, we may also collect information provided to us by that social media network. Depending on the network, this can include your username, name, email address, friends list and more.

We automatically collect personal information through your use of the Platform, such as:
● Usage Information. For example, pages on the Platform you access, the frequency of access, and what you click on while on the Platform.
