Our founder, 8-time major champion Tom Watson, credits his golf mentors for his success on and off the course. He established Watson Links to remove barriers like course access and guidance—creating golf mentoring opportunities that benefit young people and communities alike. There are countless benefits to golf mentoring – among them include physical, mental and social benefits that are positive for juniors and adults alike.
Partnerships with organizations like American Century Investments pave the way for more mentoring experience by engaging employees as mentors and strengthening community impact around the game of golf.
Watson Links and American Century Investments co-host a mentoring program that offers free, guided on-course play for junior golfers and supports purpose-driven experiences for employee/adult mentors.
